Lviv Bandur Fest 2026 — An unbreakable tradition!
Lviv Bandur Fest 2026 — An Unbreakable Tradition!
On 3–4 October, Lviv Bandur Fest returns to Lviv! This year, the contemporary bandura festival will also take place in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Berlin.
The slogan for the 2026 festival is ‘An Unbreakable Tradition’. For us, this is about music that continues to live on, evolve and bring people together even in the most challenging times.
Lviv Bandur Fest was founded in 2017. Over the years, the festival has brought together Ukraine’s most interesting contemporary bandura players and performers from abroad, with events taking place at various venues across Lviv. After a forced hiatus caused by the full-scale war, the festival is returning — refreshed, but with the same love for the bandura.
