The performance of “Jesus, Son of the Living God” will take place at the Maria Zankovetska Theater!
Audiences can look forward to a two-act mystery play based on the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
"This timeless theme has also inspired Fedir Stryhun, the artistic director of the Maria Zankovetska National Theater and People’s Artist of Ukraine. And this is no surprise, for staging a play about Jesus Christ is akin to rewriting the Gospel—but with one’s own hands. It is a great responsibility and, at the same time, a great joy and blessing," the organizers add.
The director is Fedir Stryhun, People’s Artist of Ukraine and laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine.
